Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the use of the WarpForge service, a SaaS platform for e-commerce migration between PrestaShop and Shopify, published by Kévin Aubrée, sole proprietor (SIRET: 944 497 544 00014).

Article 2 - Service description

WarpForge provides an automated e-commerce data migration service (products, categories, prices, images) between PrestaShop and Shopify platforms. The service includes:

  • Secure connection to your stores via API
  • Automated data migration
  • Real-time migration tracking
  • Technical support according to the subscribed plan

Article 3 - Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in euros including all taxes (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code) on the pricing page. Payment is made by credit card via the Stripe secure platform.

Article 4 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with the consumer's agreement. By subscribing and immediately using the service, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

Article 5 - Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is made.

Article 6 - Liability

WarpForge undertakes to provide the service with due diligence. However, the service is provided "as is". WarpForge shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service, in particular the loss of e-commerce data. It is strongly recommended to perform a backup before any migration.

Article 7 - Intellectual property

The WarpForge service, its source code, interface and documentation are protected by intellectual property law. The subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use.

Article 8 - Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Article 9 - Applicable law

These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
